37th Division Veterans Association (37th DVA)

The 37^th DVA offers an annual scholarship grant program.  The purpose of the program is to provide funds from investments that will be used to assist veterans and descendants of veterans of the 37th Infantry Division (37th ID) in obtaining post-high school and advanced education by providing scholarships.

Please note that the 37th ID was a US Army division.  Although we value all military service only applicants that meet the criteria below are eligible to apply.

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must be a current member of the organization in good membership standing or be the direct lineal descendant (to the third generation) of such a member.

Scholarship grant applications are due no later than May 1^st of the calendar year (a change for the 2013 program).  The 2013 application can be seen here:

Applicants must contact the 37^th DVA to confirm eligibility.  To do so,

please send an e-mail to our Executive Secretary by using the website CONTACT US tab. 

Please list the following information:

1^st Name, Last Name, E-mail Address & Phone #

In the comments section, please indicate that you are inquiring about your program eligibility and list the sponsoring veteran’s full name, unit of service and date of death if applicable as well as the veteran's relationship to you (i.e. self, father, grandfather).

Upon receipt of your e-mail, you will be contacted regarding the status of your eligibility.  Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee that you meet eligibility requirements so please be sure to confirm your eligibility before applying.
